Opening hours
- Monday & Tuesday: 9am-12pm and 2pm-5pm
- Wednesday & Thursday: 8am-12pm and 2pm-6pm
- Friday: 9am-12pm
On Wednesdays and Thursdays, the secretary's office is less available because of consultations.

A Silo parking lot is available just a 5-minute walk from the office (see photo below showing access from rue du Port du Rhin).
By car
- Arriving on Rue du Port du Rhin from Pont d'Anvers, turn right at the wine cellar (before Leclerc Drive) and park in the silo parking lot.
- From Rhéna, turn left at the wine cellar (after Leclerc Drive).
By streetcar or bus
- Streetcar D (towards Port du Rhin) from downtown, Starcoop stop.
- Streetcar E to Place d'Islande (terminus), then 15 minutes on foot.
- Bus 2 (direction Jardin des 2 Rives), Capitainerie stop.
